Long Time, No Post...Here's to Catch you Up!

I think my previous post was Mother's Day...I will start with the most recent!

JAMES AND AGNES TOOMER REUNION - June 25, 2011 - Paris Idaho Park

Wow...Look at that good lookin' crew!

The Oldest of the Toomer cousins & spouses!  I can't remember names!
(except my cute Grandma Shirley in the back and the Pugmires)

Amber(my favorite cousin) and I were in charge of food and getting invites out to hundreds of our relatives.  It was fun and overwhelming.  The week of the reunion I was up at Girls Camp with my Young Womens.  I was feeling pretty stressed, but I think it turned out ok!
Of course, Kysa had to ride Keno while in Paris...

'n Jordan jumped in on the fun!
We are fortunate to have good friends whom we have a ton a fun with...here are some Sunday morning pictures with some of our good buddies...Jax 'n Gabs.  Gabby and Jordan were born on the same exact day in 2006!

Early in June the kids had swimming lessons at the Skyview Pool in Smithfield.  Kirina 'n Kysa ended up in the same group.  They really didn't know what to do with "Little Tyke"...he is almost to rambunctious for the beginners and is a water bug, but he was too short to be in Group 2.  Here are some fun photos:

Our first Monday out of school was Memorial Day.  We are not as lucky in 2012 to get out before Memorial Day...guess 2011 was just the trial.
It was COLD as usual...Jordan(facing away), Kirina, Andy, Kysa holding Hailey and Kalli
Oh what fun these cousins have!

Memorial Day 2011 was spent in Cokeville with my family.  It is a bittersweet holiday for many reasons.  I enjoy the Patriotic Memorial Day Program put on by the Auxilliary and Legion members.  My family helped with it this year in different capacities.  I love having the time off work to spend with my family, but the memory of all my loved ones gone before is sometimes difficult.  I could definitely feel them close this year.  I love knowing they are waiting for me and I should try to do the best I can to be able to return to Heaven to see them again!
