Do you remember this?

This was taken during the Pauni Family Extreme Home Makeover right here in good ol' Utah. It was the funnest week ever. It was amazing watching the house go from old to ground zero to brand spankin new and who can forget Ty....the company I work for had VIP passes and I got to spend ample amounts of "work" time running stuff up there. It was a blast.

The newest edition on J*s side of the family. His baby sister had her third child on March 19, 2009. We are all very happy with this new spirit in our family.

A diaper and sock kind of boy!

It is not uncommon to come to the Johnson home and find our youngest in nothing but his diaper! I swear, that kid is going to get married in his underwear! What a fun, energetic personality. We wouldn't trade him for nothin'.....he is amazing!

Little J*s Shiner

So this is the worst thing to post on your blog because it does scream abuse, but here is the truth. I was in the kitchen and J* was playing in the front room with his "drucks". I could hear him zooming back and forth and all of a sudden I heard this blood curdling, heart wrenching thump. His dad was upstairs and came running when he heard the thump! He didn't start crying so I peered around the doorway and found him laying listlessly on the floor holding his eye. My heart sank to my toes so fast when I realized he had zoomed smack dab into my hardwood side table. Then the tears came and it started swelling. Then I cried. He kept saying, "Table did it". Last week it was, "Grandma did it". That is a funny story too. Poor, bruised little boy. He is as clumsy as K*a. He doesn't cry a whole lot unless it hurts. I felt it last night and it was still pretty swollen, but the bruising is getting more green instead of purple. I hope it is gone by SUNDAY!

Ahhhhhh....A Peaceful Spring Break

I am so glad the snow is mostly gone....the kids were getting restless. It is Spring Break all week long. My mom took the girls on a trip for the whole week. They are visiting my uncle and his family. They were so excited to go. They will have the time of their lives! I was anticipating their trip as well, not that I don't love them, just that my house needs attention and it seems like I can manage better with only one child instead of three. Of course, we had to start out with a sickness (wouldn't be a good vacation, unless all of us get sick first!) J* is so sick and Baby J* is fevering, but nothing we won't live through. Just glad it is warming up. It is April and still snowing off and on! My goal by Monday, April 13th is to have all the walls scrubbed, laundry done, kitchen and bathrooms spring cleaned and the girl's bedroom rearranged! I am going to do a task a night!!! Wish me luck! I couldn't start last night because the little man and I hung out for FHE....did some grocery shopping, watched Blue's Clues! Tonight though! The snowman in the above picture is the neighbors cute creation. The kids loved it and had to have a picture with it!
