I am so glad the snow is mostly gone....the kids were getting restless. It is Spring Break all week long. My mom took the girls on a trip for the whole week. They are visiting my uncle and his family. They were so excited to go. They will have the time of their lives! I was anticipating their trip as well, not that I don't love them, just that my house needs attention and it seems like I can manage better with only one child instead of three. Of course, we had to start out with a sickness (wouldn't be a good vacation, unless all of us get sick first!) J* is so sick and Baby J* is fevering, but nothing we won't live through. Just glad it is warming up. It is April and still snowing off and on! My goal by Monday, April 13th is to have all the walls scrubbed, laundry done, kitchen and bathrooms spring cleaned and the girl's bedroom rearranged! I am going to do a task a night!!! Wish me luck! I couldn't start last night because the little man and I hung out for FHE....did some grocery shopping, watched Blue's Clues! Tonight though! The snowman in the above picture is the neighbors cute creation. The kids loved it and had to have a picture with it!
I hope you get all that spring cleaning done too! It always feels good. If only it would stay clean forever...right? :) Hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering where the girls where when we saw you yesterday. Good luck with the Spring cleaning. Come on over to my house if you get done early. :) That snow man haunted me the few days that it was up. I kept seeing it out of the corner of my eye and thought someone was right out my window starring at me! I'm glad the little neighbor boy finally tipped in over. :)

ReplyDeleteWow, you sound way too motivated for my taste...just kidding. Does this mean no volleyball for you on Thursday? I'm glad you guys appreciated the snow, but now let's all pray for sunshine and long play times at the playground.
