K* L* will turn 8 years old on Tuesday. She is so excited and has chosen to be baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Saturday, February 7. She is a very special girl with a heart of gold. We were watching "Prince of Egypt" the other day and I looked over and tears were streaming down her face and I said, "Sweetie what is the matter?" She said, "Mom, they put him in the river and are leaving him...how could anyone leave their baby in a basket in a river....he could tip over, or get sick, or someone could steal him?" I was so in awe of her perception, I too began to sob. She is beautiful and thoughtful. I love her very much. We gave her the option to choose where we eat on Tuesday night (I am a full-time working mom and appreciate any excuse to EAT OUT!) and she chose her very favorite place in the whole wide world....
CHILIS or as K*a says "Chijis"She will get a STEAK!
We love our Rina Stink and can't believe she is turning into such a young woman. She will start Activity Days one week after her birthday and can't wait.
Here is a fun montage of photos over the past eight quick years of her life with hopefully many more to come:
"OOPS" I got one picture of K*a in there...did you notice?

Happy Birthday Rina. I can't believe she is going to be 8. I still remember sitting around the camp fire up Georgetown canyon and you telling me you were pregnant. Time flies. Love Ya!
