Can you say WHIRLWIND.....August 2010!!!!

Where has August gone?  I don't know.  My girls are back in school and enjoying every minute.  Kirina is in 4th and Kysa in 2nd.  They both have decent class sizes and love their teachers.  That is always a great start to a new school year.

On August 14th, we enjoyed a day at Bear Lake with the Toomer side of our family.  It was so fun!

On August 18th, school started.

On August 21st, we had a Logan Aquatic pool party for my two fall babies.  We celebrated Jordan's 4th (August 25) birthday and Kysa's 8th (September 14th).  We combined them because the pool closes before Labor Day and Kysa really wanted a pool party.  Easy enough....share a party!  It worked out great and appreciated everyone that came to the party.

Wednesday, August 25th, we had a little family bash for our little 4 year-old.

August 26th was Mom's birthday...we won't mention any ages!!

Today, I am headed back home (Cokeville) and then to the in-laws (Georgetown) tomorrow to finish picking raspberries in the personalpatch!  We have made quite a bit of freezer jam and always love trying to make it stretch until next berry season. 

Jared's summer beach duty for Rich County is quickly coming to an end (September 2010) and we are sad to see it completed, but are very excited for some full-time opportunities in either of his fields, preferrably law enforcement.

And last but not least, we will remember my brother yet again in August on Monday, August 30th.  He would have been 29 and somewhere he is!  So Happy, Happy Birthday Philip dear, Happy days will come to you all Year (eternity).  If I had a wish, It would be......that you were here with me!!  HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
